They are not accredited by, and are not issued on behalf of, any government agency, military service, or academic accrediting body. Recognition of an Orion certificate for any official purpose is at the discretion of the receiving organization.

References to U.S. Government agencies, military units, commands, and doctrinal publications describe the operating environment and the standards to which our services are aligned. They do not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense, any military service, or any federal agency. Individuals identified as cadre are described in their private capacity and not as representatives of any government organization.
4. Submissions
Do not submit classified material, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, or operational details through this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. Nothing in this section limits a government customer's rights or remedies under an executed contract, which are governed by the terms of that contract.
