Recognition of an Orion certificate for any official purpose is at the discretion of the receiving organization.

References to U.S. Government agencies, military units, commands, and doctrinal publications describe the operating environment and the standards to which our services are aligned. They do not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense, any military service, or any federal agency. Individuals identified as cadre are described in their private capacity and not as representatives of any government organization.

4. Submissions

Do not submit classified material, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, or operational details through this website.

Nothing in this section limits a government customer's rights or remedies under an executed contract, which are governed by the terms of that contract.
