How we handle information you send us through this website.
This notice explains how Orion Contingency Group Inc. handles information submitted through this website. It does not apply to information you provide directly under a separate contract, teaming agreement, or non-disclosure agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

2. What we collect
Information you submit through the inquiry form: name, email address, telephone number if provided, organization, inquiry type, timeline, and the content of your message. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Our hosting and form providers may retain standard technical logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and abuse prevention; we do not access these logs for any other purpose.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of business development contacts. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry information for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or longer if needed to comply with a legal, contractual, or government audit requirement. You may request earlier deletion at any time under Section 6.
5. Processors and hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Inquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) and delivered to our email. Our business email is hosted on Google Workspace (Google LLC). We do not use any analytics or advertising service on this site.
6. Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us, contact admin@orioncontingencygroup.com.
7. Controlled information
This website is unclassified and is not an approved channel for classified material or controlled unclassified information. Do not submit such material through this site.
