Consulting & advisory

Built with our customers, not on their behalf.

Exercise design, requirements, and policy authored alongside the operators who will execute them, so the artifact is usable on day one rather than after a translation phase.

Service 01

Exercise design and evaluation.

We scope, script, and evaluate — from tabletop walkthroughs through full-scale joint exercises.

Deliverables: objective and training audience definition, scenario architecture, master scenario events list, inject libraries, observer-controller and evaluator training, data collection plans, and after-action reports written against the doctrine your unit will be evaluated on.

Service 02

Capability and software requirements.

Requirements authored to acquisition standards by people who have used the systems in the field.

Deliverables: operational needs statements, concept of operations documents, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases and user stories traceable to mission tasks, acceptance criteria, and test and evaluation criteria suitable for inclusion in a solicitation package.

Service 03

Policy and doctrine development.

Written procedure for contingency operations that survives contact with the unit that has to follow it.

Deliverables: standard operating procedures, tactics techniques and procedures, checklists and job aids, authority and control matrices, PACE (redundant communications) plans, battle rhythm (recurring briefing and reporting cycle) and reporting architecture, and unit-level implementation guidance mapped to AFI 10-202, AFTTP 3-4.7, AJP-3, NIMS, and NRF as applicable.

Engage

Start with the artifact you need.

Tell us the document, exercise, or decision the engagement has to produce, along with your timeline and the authority it will be staffed through. We scope from the deliverable backwards.
