Each course maps to a stage of the contingency response pipeline and is built against AFFORGEN, AFI 10-202, and AFTTP 3-4.7 so the curriculum matches the standard the unit is evaluated against on arrival.

How we deliver

Mobile training teams, weighted to practical work.

Courses run 3 to 5 days and are delivered at the customer's site or as resident instruction. Instruction is weighted roughly 60 to 70 percent practical, with the balance in seminar. Every course closes on a capstone requiring an 80 percent standard against published rubrics. All instruction is unclassified and uses notional data.

Pricing. Courses are quoted per iteration as firm-fixed-price and structured to CLIN. Quotes account for course length, class size, instructor staffing ratio, and place of performance.

C01 / 07Operations pipeline

CRO-P — Applied CR Operations Planning & Execution

Intermediate planning course. Students conduct site surveys, develop activation and sustainment plans, and execute simulated deployment operations under time pressure.

Objectives

Conduct full contingency site surveys
Develop phased site activation and sustainment plans
Integrate logistics, throughput planning, and force support operations
Execute simulated deployment operations under time constraints

Duration: 3 days / 24 hours · ~60% practical
Prerequisites: CR-IQC
Audience: Operational planners (O-3 to O-5, E-6 to E-8), logistics planners, mobility readiness officers
Credential: Certified Contingency Response Planner (CCRP)

C02 / 07Operations pipeline

CRO-C2 — Advanced CR Command & Control

Advanced command and control course. Students synchronize operations, sustain secure C2 in degraded conditions, and lead mission-critical decisions against a shared operational picture.

Objectives

Synchronize operations and integrate capabilities across complex missions
Sustain secure C2 links and real-time situational awareness in CDO-L (contested, degraded, or operationally limited) conditions
Lead mission-critical decision-making under time pressure
Produce core C2 products: COP (common operating picture) SOP, PACE (redundant communications) plan, battle rhythm (recurring briefing and reporting cycle), decision log

Duration: 4 days / 32 hours · ~60% practical
Class size: 12–18 ideal; up to 24 with assistant instructors
Prerequisites: CR-IQC, and CRO-P or comparable planning experience
Audience: Mid-level and senior CR leaders, C2 planners, mission directors, MPC (mission planning cell) leads
Credential: Certified Advanced Command and Control (CAC2)

C03 / 07Operations pipeline

CRO-L — CR Operations Leadership

Senior leadership course. Develops advanced command and control, delegation, synchronization, and stress-tested decision-making for CR unit leaders and mission commanders.

Objectives

Apply advanced C2 principles to contingency missions
Execute task delegation, synchronization, and cross-agency coordination
Apply structured decision frameworks including OODA, METT-TC, and mission command
Lead integrated teams in complex and denied environments

Duration: 5 days / 40 hours · ~60% practical
Audience: CR commanders, senior NCOs (E-7 to E-9), functional area leaders, joint and interagency planners
Credential: Certified Contingency Response Leader (CCRL)
Delivery: Resident or mobile training team

C04 / 07Specialty

TOF — Transfer of Forces

Transition management course covering authority transfer between seizing forces, contingency response elements, and follow-on units in joint and coalition contexts.

Objectives

Plan and execute transfer of authority and handover procedures
Synchronize force packages and mission continuity between units
Integrate into joint and coalition command and reporting structures
Manage authority matrices and PACE (redundant communications plan) adjustments across phases

Duration: 3 days / 24 hours · ~65% practical
Class size: 12–20 ideal; up to 24 with assistant instructors
Prerequisites: CR-IQC; CRO-P recommended
Audience: CR mission leads and planners, advance teams, incoming and outgoing OICs (officers in charge), battle captains, cell leads
Credential: Certified Transfer of Forces Specialist (CTFS)
Delivery: Resident or mobile training team

C05 / 07Specialty

LZAC — Landing Zone Assessment Course

Field assessment course addressing a training and credential gap that spans military services, NATO partners, and emergency response agencies. Students conduct rapid landing zone and airfield assessments producing decision-quality outputs against DoD, FAA, ICAO, and NATO criteria.

Objectives

Conduct rapid landing zone and airfield assessments with decision-quality outputs
Manage landing zone and airfield safety and throughput under austere conditions
Produce assessment products: LZ (landing zone) and airfield diagrams, obstacle sketch, RSC (runway surface condition) and braking data, parking, taxi, and MOG (maximum on ground) plans
Deliver commander go / no-go briefings supported by defensible data

Duration: 3 days / 24 hours · ~65% practical
Class size: 10–18 ideal; up to 22 with assistant instructors
Prerequisites: CR-IQC, or airfield operations background
Audience: Airfield assessment teams, CR engineers, airfield operations leads
Credential: Certified Airfield Operations Specialist (CAOS)

C06 / 07Sustainment

CRSS — CR Skills Sustainment

Requalification and refresher course. Maintains deployment readiness through scenario-based lanes covering air base opening, cargo, airfield operations, and reporting.

Objectives

Refresh core CR operational skills across ABO, cargo, airfield operations, and communications and reporting
Conduct scenario-based requalification during Reset and Ready phases
Maintain deployment readiness against measurable performance standards
Integrate force protection and emergency management with NIMS and NRF touchpoints

Duration: 5 days / 40 hours · ~70% practical
Class size: 12–24; 16–20 preferred
Prerequisites: CR-IQC baseline training
Audience: CR Airmen across AMC, USAFE, PACAF, AFRC, and ANG
Credential: Contingency Response Sustainment Certification (CRSC)
Delivery: Resident or mobile training team

C07 / 07Specialty

R2LT — Ramp-Ready Load Team Accelerator

Entry-level ramp qualification course. Prepares load team members to work under a load team chief on 463L (standard military cargo pallet system) operations, vehicle inspections, and end-to-end load evolutions.

Objectives

Identify transport aircraft types and match load constraints and approach paths to each
Locate and apply required forms, publications, and technical orders for cargo movement
Inspect, inventory, and store 463L pallets, nets, and tie-down equipment
Build 463L pallets with restraint to technical order specification
Perform spotter and chock duties and ramp vehicle inspections

Duration: 5 days / 40 hours standard; optional 2–3 day extension for 10K AT forklift familiarization
Audience: New and cross-flow aerial port and air transportation personnel; CR flight load team members
Delivery: Mobile training team at home station preferred; resident available
