Orion Division of Operations

Rapid deployment operations.

Small teams that assess, secure, and operationalize austere sites so follow-on forces arrive at a node that already works.

What we do

Open the node. Hand it over. Leave it running.

Our operations line exists for the window between a decision to operate somewhere and the arrival of the force that will hold it. That window is where throughput, safety, and command and control are either established correctly or spent the rest of the operation being fixed.

01 · Assess

Site and airfield assessment

Rapid survey producing decision-quality outputs: airfield diagrams, obstacle data, surface condition and braking assessment, parking and taxi plans, maximum on ground, and a supported go / no-go recommendation.

02 · Establish

Node activation

Phased activation planning and execution across airfield operations, cargo and passenger throughput, force protection posture, communications, and command and control architecture under degraded conditions.

03 · Transition

Transfer of authority

Structured handover to the follow-on unit using authority and control matrices, PACE (redundant communications plan) adjustment, and a documented transfer package, so mission continuity survives the change of command.

Coordination

We arrive already talking to the people who matter.

Contingency sites are rarely uncontested administratively. Our teams work the diplomatic, host-nation, and interagency coordination alongside the physical stand-up, because access permissions and clearances are usually the longer pole.

  • Embassy and country team coordination
  • Partner-nation and allied-host liaison
  • Diplomatic clearance and access support
  • Joint and coalition command integration
  • Interagency and NGO interface

Engage

Tell us the environment.

Send the location or region, the timeline, the expected condition of the site, and the follow-on force you need to hand it to. We return a scoped concept and a team composition.

Do not send classified or controlled unclassified information through this website. For controlled material, use the channel your contracting officer provides.
