Who we are.
Orion Contingency Group is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and operates through two divisions. The Orion Division of Operations delivers rapid deployment, site activation, and advisory services. The Orion Institute of Training delivers a seven-course contingency response curriculum by mobile training team.
Our people come from the contingency response, aerial port, airfield management, security forces, and emergency services career fields. That background sets our operating premise: the difference between a contingency site that works and one that does not is usually decided in the first seventy-two hours, by a small number of people making assessment and throughput decisions with incomplete information.
